This prestigious award-winning development in the heart of the city is the first mid-rise SOHO (Small Office Home Office) in the vicinity.\u00a0 Due to be completed in the middle of 2022, it will consist of 21 floors + 3 basements, F&B at ground and upper ground floor, gym and multi-function rooms at level 20 with a 360-degree view of Bandung, swimming pool, and fine dining at level 21, and 31 layers of automated car parking tower attached to the side of the main building.<\/p>\n
Flexibility is a key design concept of the building.\u00a0 It can be used as an office, home office, or residence.\u00a0 All of the units are open plan with only the toilet and pantry provided. \u00a0This concept not only creates freedom for the occupants but also challenges the design to accommodate all possible layout outcomes.\u00a0 The building is also divided vertically into three zones.\u00a0 Zone 1: L3 \u2013 7 are designated for offices, zone 2: L8 \u2013 16 for home office, and zone 3: L17 – 19 are left for potential tenants who need a certain amount of larger space.\u00a0 In total, there are about 175 units of SOHO, and 32 units of residence.\u00a0 All units’ size range from 53,68m2<\/sup>\u00a0to 119,27m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n The fa\u00e7ade is mostly composed of precast panels with window walls and low E glass which reduces the energy consumption of the building.\u00a0 The beacon of light on top of the building at 80 m above ground will be the highest structure in the area and will be seen from all angles of Bandung all the way from the mountainside to the north and down the city to the south.\u00a0 Standing tall in this unique strategic location, the site boasts the building intention to be the icon of the city of Bandung.<\/p>\n The project name \u201cHQuarters\u201d is derived from the location of the site where the \u201cH\u201d stands for History and Heritage.\u00a0 As one of the earliest and most historical roads, Jalan Asia Afrika has stood the test of time and witnessed the establishment and development of Bandung as a modern city. It was on Jalan Asia Afrika that the city of Bandung was founded, marked by the establishment of the 0 kilometre point of Bandung in 1810 as part of the \u201cDe Grote Postweg\u201d or \u201cThe Great Post Road\u201d built by the Dutch which connects Anyer and Panarukan for 1,000 Km.
