HQuarters Business Residence Interlink Private and Professional Life
In early 2015, Indesign Domus began the second project owned by Investaland. Located in Bandung’s most prominent Central Business District, HQuarters acclaimed as the first Small Office Home Office (SOHO) building in the city to interlink private and professional life efficiently. With a variety combination of living and working space, the building has supporting facilities to accommodate the additional value of living such as grade-A lobby, meeting rooms, automated- parking, security parking, rooftop courtyard, and a function room with 360 degrees panoramic view of Bandung city.
In developing its interior design concept, Indesign Domus always begin with a human-centered approach that addresses fundamental concern to people’s behavior. As lifestyle is personal and unique, HQuarters is designed with the utmost flexibility which will be suitable for everyone. It is designed with a wide selection of sizes and effective layouts in which could be served as a private living space, working space, or a perfect combination of two. HQuarters is designed for a seamless activity for both working and living without ever leaving the comfort of home. Now, it is our turn to see the growing progress of construction which is expected to be done within 2 years.

Surprisingly, what we intended for an alternative lifestyle in the world of connectivity, has now become today’s condition. Soon, HQuarters will arrive with its readiness in technological advancements aligned with the major ideas of its interior concept allowing private and semi-private areas close enough to be easily accessed for efficient working from home or basically living next door to the office.
