    CAD ARCHITECT
    AGE BETWEEN 25-40 YEARS OLD

The position, located at ARKdesign Architects, Jakarta office; which specializes in high-rise building architecture, is responsible but not limited to prepare drafts, for new construction work, and/or renovation of high-rise building across Indonesia.       | Job Description
      • Working under immediate supervision, carries out drafting assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature with limited latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgement.
      • Prepare layouts, drawings and designs according to engineering specifications using CAD software.
      • Review engineering drawings and supporting documentation to verify adherence to standard practices.
      • Analyze design and confers to resolve details not completely defined.
      • Retrieve information from file and displays on computer, using required computer language.
      • Types command to rotate or zoom-in on display to redesign, modify or otherwise edit existing design.
      • Displays final drawings to verify completeness, clarity and accuracy.
      • Types command to transfer drawing dimensions from computer onto hardcopy, using peripheral equipment.

      Minimum Requirement
      • Diploma degree in related vocational study of architecture/civil engineering from an accredited vocational high-school, polytechnic or university with min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
      • 5+ years' experience on high-rise building project.
      • Experience with BIM-Revit, AutoCAD and other related 2D software.
      • Working knowledge in the use of computers for making architectural drawings.
      • Basic understanding of architectural principles and theory associated with project design and construction document production.
      • Basic knowledge of standard construction techniques and principles.
      • Able to manage the detailed building / planning / drawing and on field experience in Project is advantage.
      • Proficiency in word processing and excel.
      • Effective communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a team environment.

      | Job Description
      • Working under immediate supervision, carries out architectural assignments of a routine to moderately complex with limited latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgement.
      • Provides services in the research, design, development, construction, alteration, or repair of buildings and large structure.
      • Collects and analyzes technical data to determine project requirements and prepare information regarding specifications, materials, equipment, estimated cost, and completion times.
      • Conduct inspections and tests for compliance to project specifications.
      • Prepare and maintains records and reports.
      • Identifies user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labeling; meeting with focus groups.
      • Plans architectural information by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality, and user-interface design; creating user scenarios; preparing data models; designing information structure, work-and dataflow, and navigation; evaluating information representation; conducting creative meetings.
      • Updates job knowledge by tracking research regarding architecture and usability; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

      | Minimum Requirement
      • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university min. GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
      • 2+ years' experience on high-rise building project.
      • Passionate and possess high scale of perseverance in architectural field.
      • Effective communication skills.
      • Basic understanding of architectural principles and theory associated with project design and construction document production.
      • Basic knowledge of standard construction techniques and principles.
      • Experience with BIM-Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or other related CAD and 3D software.
      • Working knowledge in the use of computers for making architectural drawings, calculations and 3-D visual simulations.
      • Good hand sketch detailing capability is an advantage.
      • Able to manage the detailed building / planning / drawing and on field experience in Project is advantage.
      • Licensed as a Registered Architect is an advantage.
      • Proficiency in word processing and excel.

ARKdesign is searching for candidates that have the ability to be a role model, be client-focused, be impactful and be decisive.


      | Job Description 
      • Receive and screen phone calls.
      • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
      • Coordinate, follow-up and monitor office-related and operational activities.
      • Provide daily administrative support to project-related matters.
      • Maintain library system.

       | Requirements 
      • Age between 25-30 Years Old
      • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent with GPA minimum 2.75.
      • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
