The Club, Redefining Boutique Office in Batam

Batam city has been growing rapidly since the regulatory changes by the current government. The multicultural population and strategic geographic location are important catalysts that support the development growth of Batam. Located in one of the most prestigious locations in Batam, The Club presents a new concept of urban lifestyle where people can work, meet and relax in one place.

Planned to be developed on a 1 ha area, The Club is designed as a 6-story building that has different functions for each floor. The 1st floor consists of the main lobby, gallery, and cafe. The second floor is a membership wellness center with facilities such as a spa, gym, and indoor swimming pool. The 3rd and 4th floors are public and private offices that provide working space for many purposes. At the top on the 5th and 6th floors is a grill restaurant and a music bar. Meanwhile, the service functions are located in the basement and rooftop.

The Club’s architectural concept combines elegance and efficiency in one wholistic design approach. This concept has driven Arkdesign to come up with a modern colonial style, symmetrically and proportionally consistent as the principal design of the building appearance. The landscape for the entire site is gently sloped to create an elevated seamless natural barrier between public and private space inviting surrounding pedestrian movement into The Club gardens while approaching the building.
