A competition to design a tall landmark to promote the new face of Dubai. With 167 meters height, this building contains a conference room for 100 person, children library, and a cultural center. A café and observation mezzanine shaped as a “golden pendant” are provided 111 meters above the ground, where visitors will appreciate a 360 degree view of Dubai and its environs. At every hour of the night, people will anticipate the light spectacle forming above this Emblem.
