Located in the Gondangdia area, Menteng, where the architectural style of classical and art deco buildings has long been dominated, the interior design of NasDem Tower carries a formal concept with a blend of semi-classical colonial style and modern luxury. As an office engaged in politics, the Nasdem Party head office must imply a professional appearance in the interior arrangement of its office to improve the positive image of the party. With hints of traditional Indonesian elements, sculptures, paintings, and artworks, Indesign Domus together with a range of experts, emphasizing the owner’s fond of art by carefully arranging those decorative elements in every corner of the building in order to make it more alive.
Not only dominated by office facilities in general such as typical office spaces, meeting rooms, lounges, pre-function, and ballrooms that are designed in a_ well-organized, exclusive and professional manner, this building is also equipped with public facilities to support the process of deepening and interpreting history in Indonesia, politics in particular. The existence of a gallery that is comprehensively connected to a library and a mini auditorium makes educational content about history and political parties in Indonesia easy to learn. This building also accommodates the personal needs of its users by presenting sports facilities, cafes, and a robatayaki dining area with an open kitchen concept on the 15th floor. From this very point of the place, an outdoor dining area allows people to enjoy views of downtown Jakarta to the northeast.
Dominated by white marble and white wall panels that are aligned with gold accents in every corner of the floor, showing the strength of the professional side and strong charisma to describe

As the most prominent focal point in the main lobby area, the statue of Laksamana Malahayati was chosen to be placed in the corner of the high-ceilinged area, showing the owner’s respect for art object with historical value, to the figure of a national hero who is the world’s first female marine supreme military leader.
